Distant Peak Engineering state water rights

Have you receive a letter from us?   You may have recently built a house or transferred your water for the use of livestock, irrigation,  etc.  Whatever the reason, the Utah Division of Water Rights will send you a letter reminding you to get a water proof finished on your water right, within a set amount of time, giving 60 days before it is due.    A licensed engineer will need to complete the proof for you in most cases.  We can complete that for you or we can advise you on if you can complete it yourself.
